Webroot Software is the pioneer of anti-spyware technology and a top-five internet security software provider. In a crowded and commoditized marketplace they have decided to make customer experience a core component of their strategy to shake up the PC security industry. Over the past two years we have worked with Webroot to methodically overhaul their customer experience. Starting with a vision for what the ultimate security software experience might be, including the customer support experience, we are in the process of redesigning the whole thing. So far we have redesigned the product user interface; a companion web portal for users of their software; named their newest software suite; designed the full range of their retail packaging; overhauled the customer support experience; designed a social media security application; and more.
