Start-up Avvenu came to us with a powerful platform that allowed users to access the complete contents of one or more of their computers from anywhere, using just a web browser. They asked us to overhaul the entire customer experience, from the corporate marketing Web site to the product itself, including the design of the core component of their new product strategy, the Avvenu Music Player. Through this Flash- and AJAX-based player users could access multiple iTunes libraries as well as shared music from friends. This free player was available via a Web browser and a Windows Mobile 5 interface, which HYDRANT also designed. Avvenu was acquired by Nokia in 2008. See the work.
